Initial Consultation & Family Support

  • Assistance for pre-need or pre-death planning if desired.

Funeral & Memorial Planning

  • Assistance selecting and booking venues: funeral homes, places of worship, cemeteries, memorial parks, or other meaningful locations.

  • Coordination of service dates, times, and all scheduling needs.

  • Support with permits or paperwork required for burial or cremation services.

  • Complete day-of logistics and flow management so the service proceeds smoothly.

Custom Program & Keepsake Design

  • Creation of personalized obituaries that honor your loved one’s life story.

  • Design and printing of memorial programs, prayer cards, bookmarks, and other printed keepsakes.

  • Coordination of guest books and memory boards for attendees to share tributes.

Vendor Coordination

  • Acting as your family’s liaison with funeral homes, mortuaries, cemeteries, cremation services, casket or urn providers.

  • Coordinating with florists for floral arrangements, wreaths, and tributes.

  • Scheduling clergy, officiants, or celebrants as requested.

  • Booking musicians, soloists, or choirs for live performances.

  • Organizing professional transportation: hearses, limousines, family vehicles, and escorts if required.

  • Negotiating with vendors to ensure services stay within your budget.

Ceremony Assistance

  • Full on-site coordination on the day of service to manage timing, vendors, and ceremony flow.

  • Arranging and managing cultural, spiritual, or religious rites with care and respect.

  • Creation and display of photo collages, memory tables, or tribute stations.

  • Development of video montages or slideshows celebrating your loved one’s life.

  • Set up and operation of audio-visual equipment for in-person and livestreamed services.

Repast/Gathering Coordination

  • Booking and coordinating venues for post-service meals or gatherings.

  • Management of catering, including menu planning sensitive to cultural dietary needs.

  • Coordination of decor, entertainment, or speakers for the repast as desired.

Post-Service Support

  • Coordination and mailing of thank-you cards or acknowledgment notes to guests, clergy, and vendors.

  • Assistance with ordering memorial keepsakes, such as jewelry, framed photos, or custom items.

  • Referrals to bereavement support services or follow-up resources to help families continue healing.
