Acting as your family’s liaison with funeral homes, mortuaries, cemeteries, cremation services, casket or urn providers.
Coordinating with florists for floral arrangements, wreaths, and tributes.
Scheduling clergy, officiants, or celebrants as requested.
Booking musicians, soloists, or choirs for live performances.
Organizing professional transportation: hearses, limousines, family vehicles, and escorts if required.
Negotiating with vendors to ensure services stay within your budget.
Ceremony Assistance
Full on-site coordination on the day of service to manage timing, vendors, and ceremony flow.
